Once you've decided on your wedding gown, accessories, and theme, you can book your trial session. Many destination wedding clients choose to have their bridal preview right before their welcome dinner.

- Avoid Skin Treatments for One Month Before the Wedding: From one month until the wedding, avoid any dermatological peels or laser treatments. However, continue your mild exfoliation routine at home once or twice a week, depending on your skin type.
- Establish a Skincare Routine: If you haven’t already, start a consistent skincare routine. This includes cleansing, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen daily. Adding an exfoliant once or twice a week can help renew your skin's surface. After exfoliating, you can quickly and easily soothe your skin by using a cold sheet mask in the refrigerator.
- Stay Hydrated and Eat Well: What you eat affects your skin. Drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins to give your skin the nutrients it needs.
- Manage Stress: Wedding planning can be stressful, which can affect your skin.
